I have been providing Family Law Services in the Region of Peel as well as Toronto, Milton, Hamilton and Newmarket for over 10 years.
My practice has included negotiating Separation Agreements as well as appearing before the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice and Divisional Court in family law matters involving custody, access, child support, spousal support, division of family property and child protection matters for case conferences, settlement conferences, motions, trials and appeals.
I am a member of the Peel Law Association and have special experience and training in cases involving domestic violence and mental health issues. I have Collaborative Law Training.
I bring empathy and compassion to the work and try to simplify the legal process as much as possible for my clients at this difficult time in their life, whether they are dealing with a separation, child protection matter or divorce.
