Welcome to our Directory of lawyers who will work with family law clients on an unbundled basis. Each of the lawyers listed in the Directory has completed the training we offer on how to deliver unbundled family law services. Contact information for participating lawyers is included in their Lawyer Profile in the Directory.

Please note that Ontario’s Family Law Limited Scope Services Project does not endorse or recommend specific lawyers.

If you are interested in working with one of the lawyers in our Directory or otherwise, you should contact the lawyer to decide if they are right for you. When doing so, you may want to ask them about (i) their experience providing family law services, (ii) their general approach to family law disputes, and (iii) the fees that they charge for their services.

  • Special Experience, Training and/or Skills

  • I started my career working with Legal Aid Ontario. I learned to assist individuals by helping explain complex legalese in simple-to-understand terms, explaining court procedure, coaching clients how to present their litigation and draft pleadings.

Since entering the private sphere, I have devoted my practice solely to Family Law and Child Protection matters. I pride my collaborative approach and provide a full service ranging from out-of-court matters (cohabitation and separation agreements, temporary care agreements) to all stages of litigation within the Superior Court of Justice, Family Division.

I have further training in intercultural mediation and negotiation from Tulane University, and advanced practice training in mediation and negotiation taught by the Honourable Justice Otis. I have further attended seminars pertaining to domestic violence and working with families experiencing high conflict.

I have additional training and insight working with LGBTQ2+ individuals.
