Ontario’s Family Law Limited Scope Services Project reserves the right to add or
remove lawyers from the Family Law Limited Scope Services Roster at our discretion.

Please ensure you have met the mandatory requirements BEFORE submitting your application to join the Roster:

  • A minimum of at least 3 most recent consecutive years in the practice of law in which family law comprised at least 33% of your practice.
  • Family law must comprise a minimum of 33% of your current practice.
  • You must have completed the FLLSS training provided by the Project.

ITEMS MARKED WITH AN ASTERISK MUST BE ANSWERED.  ITEMS IN RED WILL SHOW UP ON THE ROSTER MAIN PAGE ON THE WEBSITE. ALL OTHER ITEMS WILL BE AVAILABLE VIA A LINK FROM THE ROSTER TO THE MEMBER’S FULL PROFILE.

Requirements for Admission to the FLLSS Lawyer Roster

    Do you consent to the publication of the information you provide in this Roster Application and to receiving Roster-related communications from the Ontario Family Law Limited Scope Services Project and third parties responsible for administering the Roster? Consent is necessary for inclusion on the Roster; however, you may unsubscribe and remove your information from the Roster at any time.
    Do you consent to receive emails for the purposes of being informed about free training, legal resources and other services and activities of the Ontario Family Law Limited Scope Services Project? Consent is not necessary for inclusion on the Roster and you may unsubscribe from non-Roster-related communications at any time.
    Do you consent to provide your email address for completing an online survey about limited scope retainers for research purposes?
    Do you consent to a telephone follow up interview about your experiences with this project for research purposes?
    Do you consent to provide the researcher with your limited scope services clients' telephone number and email (provided the client also consents to the disclosure) to discuss their experience with limited scope services?
