LIMITED SCOPE FAMILY LEGAL SERVICES – WHERE THE RUBBER HITS THE ROAD – WEBINAR PRESENTATION (FAMILY LAW LIMITED SCOPE SERVICES PROJECT [FLLSS PROJECT] / OBA SUPPORTING PARTNER)

This pre-recorded webinar program “Limited Scope Family Legal Services – Where the Rubber Hits the Road” provides lawyers with the essential training, resources and best practices they require in order to provide limited scope services to family law clients as part of Ontario’s FLLSS Project. The program has been made available with the generous partnership of the Ontario Bar Association.

This program is accredited for 2.0 Professionalism hours of CPD by the Law Society of Ontario.

Lawyers must complete the Family Law Limited Scope Services training provided by the Project before submitting an application to join the online Lawyer Directory. Generally, viewing of this webinar qualifies as completion of the mandatory training provided that a minimum of two participants are physically present for the duration of the webinar. For the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic and the requirement for social distancing, viewing of this webinar by a single participant qualifies as completion of the mandatory training provided that the viewer contacts Info@familylawlss.ca in order to follow-up upon completion of viewing the webinar.
